What the review looks for
Conditions and protections like these, each quoted from your own documents
Rate drops after a fourth withdrawal
Take money out a fourth time and the whole balance earns the lower rate for the rest of the term.
The drop applies to everything in the account, not only the amount withdrawn, so one extra withdrawal changes the return on the whole balance. Check whether closing the account counts as a withdrawal.
Bonus rate ends after 12 months
The headline rate includes a bonus that stops after a year.
After the bonus ends you earn the underlying rate, which can be lower and can change. Check whether the provider will tell you before it ends and what the rate is now.
Set-off sits in a separate document
The right to take money from this account to cover other debts to the provider is in general conditions you may not have.
The provider may be able to take money from this account to cover a debt you owe it elsewhere, under conditions you have not seen. Ask for the general conditions and read that clause before relying on the balance being available.
Notice before a rate cut
The provider must tell you before it lowers a variable rate.
A notice period is a protection: it gives you time to move the money before a cut takes effect. The review shows protections like this as well as conditions worth questioning.

Frequently asked questions
What should I upload?
The account terms and conditions, the summary box or key facts sheet, or the product terms, as a PDF, DOCX or pasted text. If the rate sheet or fee schedule is a separate document, upload the terms first, then run the rate sheet as a second review. Do not upload statements or anything with your account number.
Does the review tell me whether the account is a good deal?
No. It explains what the documents say: the rate and how it is measured, the conditions for a bonus, withdrawal and notice rules, what the provider can change, and what happens at the end of an offer or term. It gives you questions to ask the provider. It does not rank accounts or recommend one.
What if the terms refer to another document I do not have?
The review lists every document the terms refer to that you did not supply, such as a rate sheet or general conditions, and marks the conditions that depend on it as not supplied. It never fills the gap from memory.
Which countries does this work for?
Any English-language savings account or term deposit documents. The review explains what your documents say, not what the law in any country grants, and it never equates one rate measure with another (AER, gross, APY and interest rate are kept exactly as written).
Can you review credit cards and loans too?
Yes. There is a page for credit cards and one for personal loans, each with its own upload. Mortgages and secured loans are not covered.
Is this legal advice?
No. The review tells you what a clause means and whether it is one-sided. What you do about it is your call. For anything serious, talk to a local lawyer.
What happens to my document after I upload it?
Your contract is processed and deleted immediately after analysis. We only save the analysis results to your account so you can access them later.

Savings account terms to check before you open one
The headline rate is the easy part. The conditions that decide what you actually earn sit in the terms, and the terms are written by the provider. Here is what to check.
The 10 sneakiest terms in savings, credit card and loan fine print
A bonus that ends, a withdrawal that cuts the rate on everything, a payment that clears your cheapest balance first. Ten terms the headline never mentions, and what to ask about each.
